Cauliflower popcorn! This is how I get Shawn and Riley to eat and enjoy cauliflower.
Now this, I doctored a little bit, and it turned out really well. I sauteed an onion in some olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, and basil (sorry, I didn’t measure, just sort of pinched and added to the pan). I also pounded the chicken flat before adding it to the sprayed casserole dish. Once the onion was soft and brown, I poured it over the chicken. Before I put it in the oven to bake, I added just a little bit of water to make it a little saucier. We all really liked it! Even Shawn!
Most recently, Riley and I made peanut butter and chocolate chip crescent rolls for dessert. So good. Shawn thought they had too much peanut butter, I think that is impossible. There is no such thing as too much peanut butter.
I think I am going to see what else I can put inside crescent rolls. I’m thinking cream cheese and strawberries? Bananas and brown sugar? The possibilities are endless.
